Games of Thrones conquers fashion : Why Khaleesi Is the Secret Style Muse of the Spring 2015 Runways

eng: Game of Thrones has finally returned and though the war for Westeros is far from over, one silver-haired queen has become our hands-down favorite to win: Daenerys Targaryen, or the Khaleesi. Whether she’s hatching dragons or sacking cities, Daenerys does it with a fierce expression—and she does it in style. Beyond the hair that launched a thousand platinum dye jobs, her gauzy dresses and strategic cutouts have inspired collections from Helmut Lang to Rodarte and beyond. Here, a look at how her style has evolved to suit each twist in the game and the Targaryen influence on the spring 2015 runways—just add dragons.

gr: Αφού τα νεύρα μου έγιναν κρόσσια από την αναμονή, επιτέλους την προηγούμενη Κυριακή είδα το πρώτο επεισόδιο του Games of Thrones. Δεν είχε βέβαια πολύ βία, πολύ προδοσία, πολύ αίμα, πολύ ψέμα, αλλά το κωλαράκι του Daario Naharis το είδα για πάνω από 10 δευτερόλεπτα και αυτό όπως καταλαβαίνετε είναι ένα από κύρια στοιχεία που λατρεύω το σήριαλ και ελπίζω οι παραγωγοί να είναι μεγαλόψυχοι και να δείξουν κι άλλο Daario, if you know what I mean. Ο Daario, που λέτε, είναι μέγας πολεμιστής και ψιλοκαψούρης με την Daenerys Targaryen, ή αλλιώς Khaleesi. Την οποία Khaleesi δεν τη λες και θεϊκή ομορφιά (από την ζήλια μου που τρώει το τεκνό τον Daario τα γράφω αυτά), αλλά μας έχει επηρεάσει γενικότερα. Μια μεγαλύτερη τάση προς το πλατινέ την διακρίνω (βλέπε καταστροφική Kim Kardasian) και το στυλ των ρούχων της έχει δώσει ένα κατιτίς στις πασαρέλες. Αυτό συνεπάγεται το εξής: το τι Καλίσες έχουμε να δούμε στα νησιά το καλοκαίρι δεν λέγεται. Αλλά, εντάξει, τις Καλίσες να τις δούμε, το αντέχουμε. Τον Daario πότε θα τον συναντήσω???
